At The Law Office of Michael T. Pattison, our mission is to serve clients by providing outstanding legal representation at a reasonable price. We accomplish this goal by staying dedicated to our clients and maintaining a small practice that allows us the time to build relationships with our clients.
It was once said by Margaret Mead that, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Our focus is to fulfill those words when addressing the legal problems facing our clients.
Mike Pattison represents clients in Real Estate, Criminal and DWI Defense, Vehicle and Traffic Law, Personal Injury, and Corporations. He has managed his own practice, the Law Office of Michael T. Pattison, for nearly 10 years after learning under the tutelage of Elliot, Stern, and Calabrese in the Wilder Building in downtown Rochester, NY.
Mr. Pattison has successfully closed on hundreds, if not thousands of transactions on behalf of his clients including both residential real estate and complex commercial real estate transactions. As part of those scenarios, Mr. Pattison has structured deals to allow clients to utilize 1031 exchanges to help businesses continue to grow.
As a defense attorney, Mr. Pattison has protected the rights of the accused in cases ranging from harassment to DWI to murder charges.
Mr. Pattison earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where he was a Dean's Scholar. At Florida Coastal, Mr. Pattison received the Book Award for Residential Real Estate Transactions.
