We accomplish this goal by staying dedicated to our clients and maintaining a small practice that allows us the time to build relationships with our clients.

Mike Pattison represents clients in Real Estate, Criminal and DWI Defense, Vehicle and Traffic Law, Personal Injury, and Corporations. He has managed his own practice, the Law Office of Michael T. Pattison, for nearly 10 years after learning under the tutelage of Elliot, Stern, and Calabrese in the Wilder Building in downtown Rochester, NY.
Mr. Pattison has successfully closed on hundreds, if not thousands of transactions on behalf of his clients including both residential real estate and complex commercial real estate transactions. As part of those scenarios, Mr. Pattison has structured deals to allow clients to utilize 1031 exchanges to help businesses continue to grow.
As a defense attorney, Mr. Pattison has protected the rights of the accused in cases ranging from harassment to DWI to murder charges.
Mr. Pattison earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where he was a Dean's Scholar. At Florida Coastal, Mr. Pattison received the Book Award for Residential Real Estate Transactions.

Mike Geraci represents clients in Employment, Labor, and Union matters, Criminal and DWI Defense, Vehicle and Traffic Law, Personal Injury, Civil LItigation, and Small Business Law. After beginning his legal career with the law firm Trevett Cristo Andolina, Geraci ventured out on his own to create Geraci Law Offices in 2018. Since, he has collaborated with longtime friend Mike Pattison and other attorneys in the Wilder Building in downtown Rochester.
Mr. Geraci currently represents the Rochester Teachers Association and has vast experience with contract negotiations and labor disputes. He has additionally represented both employees and employers in dozens of employment litigation cases throughout his career.
As a defense attorney, Mr. Geraci has protected the rights of the accused in cases ranging from harassment to DWI to violent crimes.
Mr. Geraci earned his law degree from University of Dayton Law School and his undergraduate degree from LeMoyne College. A lifelong resident of Rochester, Mr. Geraci is also involved with several non-profit organizations active in the area.
